Offices and workspaces
A reception wall, meeting room or shared space with a character of its own. The design can pick up your work, your people or the place you’re in.
Sam Shennan · Warsaw, Poland
I paint murals for offices, cafés and venues in Warsaw and beyond. Artwork made for your wall, with a design we work out together.
A wall photo and a few notes are enough to start. I can help you find the direction.
I’ll reply within 2–4 working days.

Selected mural projects for Expedia, Mirvac and NRMA.
Different rooms call for different kinds of artwork. Here are a few.

An office courtyard mural, painted around its greenery and outdoor seating.

White line work bringing Mirvac’s values into a new office layout.

Colour and travel motifs across an office wall.
We start with how the room feels and how people use it. The artwork follows from there.
A reception wall, meeting room or shared space with a character of its own. The design can pick up your work, your people or the place you’re in.
Artwork that belongs with the room, from quiet line work behind a counter to a whole wall of colour. The menu, light and furniture all give us a starting point.
A wall people pass on the way in, spend time beside or remember on the way out. We’ll look at how the space is used before deciding what goes on it.
Bring me into an existing scheme or a brief still taking shape. Share the plans, brand guidelines and practical constraints so the mural fits the wider project.
A conversation, a design you approve, then paint on the wall. The practical details are part of the job.
Send its location, rough dimensions and a photo link. Tell me what the space is for, any deadline and the budget you have in mind.
We talk through the direction and practical details. The quote sets out the work, timing and any preparation or access requirements.
We agree the design and how it sits on the wall before painting starts. You’ll know what’s being made and what the project covers.
We arrange access around your space and schedule. The finished mural comes with care advice suited to the paint and surface.
A mural is quoted for your wall and your design. Size matters, but detail, surface preparation and access affect the cost too.
Share a rough budget early. I can explain what’s feasible and what the quote covers before you decide. The design, timing and payment stages are agreed before work begins.
Ask about your wallA good starting point
Tell me where it is, roughly how big it is and what you have in mind. If you’ve got an opening date or a budget, include those too.
Photos help. Paste a link to an album or shared folder in your message.
Sending this starts a conversation. You’re not booking painting or making a payment.
Your message comes directly to me. I’ll reply within 2–4 working days so we can discuss your wall and the next step.
Cost, preparation and what happens next. Practical answers before you get in touch.
I’m based in Warsaw, Poland, and paint commissioned murals for offices, cafés, bars and other venues. For projects elsewhere, include the location in your enquiry so we can discuss travel and access before quoting.
A custom mural is quoted for the particular wall and design. Wall size, detail, surface condition, access and location affect the cost. Send a photo link, approximate dimensions and your budget; I’ll explain what’s feasible and what the quote includes.
The schedule depends on the size and complexity of the mural, preparation, access and my current bookings. Tell me your opening date or event deadline at the start. We agree the design and painting schedule before the project is booked.
Send the wall’s location and approximate width and height, a link to photos, what the space is used for and any deadline. A rough budget and a few references help too. A phone photo and a few lines are a perfectly good start.
Yes. Tell me how you want the space to feel and what belongs in it. The room, your business and a few things you like can give us a direction. You don’t need to arrive with a finished design.
Yes. We agree the design and its placement before painting starts. The design stage is where we work through the composition and any changes, so the scope is clear before I’m on the wall.
Yes. My portfolio includes office murals for Expedia and Mirvac, and a café mural for NRMA. The work on this page shows different approaches, from white line drawings to full colour. Each project starts with the room and the people using it.
Yes. Send your brand guidelines and explain where the mural sits in the space. We can work with your colours and any required brand elements while making the artwork fit the wall.
Yes. Share the wider brief, plans, approval process and deadlines. We can establish how the mural fits the project and who signs off the artwork before painting.
Yes, subject to the wall and site conditions. Exterior work needs a suitable surface, appropriate paint and a workable weather window. Send photos and the location so we can discuss preparation and access.
The wall needs a sound, clean and dry surface suitable for the chosen paint. Peeling paint, damp or damaged plaster needs attention first. We’ll establish any preparation work and who handles it when scoping your wall.
Tell me your opening hours, how people use the area and any restrictions on access. We’ll agree a practical painting plan before booking. Preparation and drying time may mean part of the space needs to stay clear.
Care depends on the paint, surface and whether the wall is indoors or outdoors. I’ll give you guidance for your finished mural. Mention heavy traffic, cleaning requirements or direct weather exposure in the brief so we can account for them.
Payment stages and any deposit are set out in the project quote before you book. They depend on the scope of the mural. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation; it doesn’t book painting or take a payment.
Yes. Live art is a separate offer for events and activations. Include the venue, date and what you have in mind, or visit the live art page to see examples.
Your enquiry goes directly to Sam. I reply within 2–4 working days. We can then fill in any missing details, discuss the idea and work toward a quote. You can include your deadline in the first message.
